Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, email us at heisann@alfgundersen.no with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in the case of a complaint or error on our part).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will cover the cost of return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
