2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure payments via Vipps, card (Visa/Mastercard), and other available options. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship all over the world, with some exeptions.
Delivery methods include standard parcel delivery to mailbox or pick-up point.
Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Typical delivery time: 2–12 business days depending on the country.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
To exercise this right, notify us via email and return the product unused and in original packaging.
You must cover return shipping costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you regret your purchase or wish to exchange a product, please contact us first.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

6. Complaints

If a product is defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order reference.
You have the right to complain within 2 years in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.
We cover return costs for approved complaints.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal information in accordance with GDPR. Data is only used for processing your order and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Disputes

Disputes are governed by Norwegian law. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or take legal action through a Norwegian court.
